And my loving brothers and sisters

 

First of all, let's praise to Allah who has given us  time and chance so that we can attend Isra and Mi'raj Commemoration Event today. Then, Peace and Salutation may be upon our prophet, Muhammad SAW, who has brought his followers from the darkness into the lightness and had created a great revolution for human culture in the world especially for Moslem.

 

I thank protocol ever so much for the provided time and place to present my short speech in front of you all. It is talking about Isro Miroj.

 

Talking about isro and mi'roj, of course we ask about what are the meaning of those words, Isro' and Mi'roj. Isro is the journey of Muhammad SAW at the night from Masjidil Haram in Mecca to Masjidil Aqso in Palestine. Then, Mi'roj is the journey of Muhammad SAW from Masjidil Aqso to Sidrotul Muntaha. While, in doing this journey our prophet rode a buroq

 

Isro' and Mi’roj were happened when our prophet, Muhammad SAW, was 52 years old. Allah commanded him to do a journey. It was on Monday night 27 of Rajab. The aim of this journey was to show the signs of Allah's great power. As stated in the Qur'an surah Bani Isro'il, the first.

 

The holiest of Allah who had traveled his creation in the middle of night from Al- Masjidil Aqso that had been given a gift from Allah around him in order to show you a half the mighty of god. Allah is the knower and the hearer.

 

Dear Moslem generation

 

While our prophet was in Baitul Magdis, he saw human reflection is like an old woman. So he asked it to Jibril, "Who is she, Jibril? And what is the meaning of that reflection?" Jibril answered, Ya Muhammad. That is the description of the world. Day per day, it is to be older and older.

 

On his journey. Muhammad SAW saw many descriptions and pictures of human life. There are good things and on the other hand there are also the bad things, the heaven and the hell. All of those are the evidences of the almighty god.

 

But the most important thing that we can get from the event of Isro' Mi'roj it self is the extraordinary or speciality of shalat. Shalat is done five times a day. The order is received directly by Muhammad Saw without representing of Jibril. It is the greatest secret, why, because Muhammad Saw receives all Allah's orders through Jibril. But shalat is not. That's way shalat is very special worship. Because of that, we must aware how important shalat is.

 

If we analyze this seriously, we can find shalat is the description of our worship to the creation. It is the agreement both physical and soul. They are the almighty of god and then the engagement to keep and obey all Allah's orders.

 

So, It can say that, if the creations have built up their shalat well, it can be determined in the way of their life. Their attitudes always illustrate a good thing and a noble moral. They are far from bad attitude and a bad fate of Allah. As Allah states in the Qur'an that shalat can prevent us from evil and wrong activities. Moreover, our prophet, Muhammad SAW, has commanded that if you do shalat, you build up your religion and on the other side if you left shalat, it means you break out your religion. Shalat can create your faith and good attitude as describe in the shalat itself.
